[Odonata-l] Nannothemis oviposition

Hello, all.

I have read that Nannothemis bella (Elfin Skimmer) of eastern North
America oviposits in tandem or not, guarded by the male if the
latter. As tandem oviposition is relatively uncommon in libellulids,
I would like to confirm this and to find out if both methods are
common. Has anyone watched them sufficiently to be able to answer
this definitively? I have seen the species a fair number of times but
have yet to see it mate or oviposit. Please indicate where you have
observed them.

Thanks!
