[Odonata-l] Odonata Karyotypes?

Dear Odonatologist,

I am compiling all Odonata karyotypes known to date. I am most  
interested in obtaining info available for North American species.

Does anyone know if there is a karyotype database? Or any recent synopsis?

Also, does anybody have the work by

Cumming RB. 1964. Cytogenetic studies in the order Odonata. PhD  
thesis. Univ. Texas, Austin. v+93 pp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
